Kirsten's Nutrition Coaching Sessions are 15 minutes long over phone, Skype or GoogleChat. Weekly sessions are recommended to keep you on track, focused, and productive as you take control of your relationship with food.
Nutrition Consultation Packages start at 10 sessions, and rates vary based on the number of sessions in a package.
